Install:

Positioning the Brace

Place the brace over the pipe to be supported. Adjust the brace angle as required.

Inserting the Bracing Pipe

Insert the bracing pipe through the opening, ensuring at least 1″ (25.4 mm) of the pipe extends beyond the attachment point.

Placement Guidelines

The bracing pipe may be installed on either the top or bottom of the pipe being braced. However, it must be located at least 6″ (152.4 mm) away from any pipe joint.

Securing the Assembly

Evenly tighten all nuts until the torque reaches 30–35 Nm. Confirm that the alignment indicators (green marking lines) are fully visible to ensure proper installation.
